職位描述:

1. Carry out Process Verification activities. Improve the process capability and quality by utilize the tool

of QSB & SPC. Aimed to reduce the external and internal defects.

負(fù)責(zé)過(guò)程審核；負(fù)責(zé)通過(guò)QSB及SPC等工具的應(yīng)用；與團(tuán)隊(duì)一同提升過(guò)程能力，減少內(nèi)外部的

異常發(fā)生。

2.Perform the failure analysis on the finished goods rejected by production or final inspector or returned by customer. Organization the related members take the prevention and correction actions till the issue be closed.

負(fù)責(zé)異常解析；（包括客戶退貨品以及內(nèi)部制程，終檢）發(fā)現(xiàn)的各類異常，組織公司內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門

展開(kāi)糾正預(yù)防對(duì)策；跟進(jìn)實(shí)施進(jìn)度并確保對(duì)策有效性直至問(wèn)題關(guān)閉。

3. Perform the first article parts inspection for ECN or Process or New machine /tool/jigs Verification.

Control the quality risk of changes.

驗(yàn)證工程變更以及過(guò)程中新設(shè)備，工裝，夾具等4M變更后的首件產(chǎn)品，控制變更風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

4. Confirm the NOK parts, analysis the cause and take the correction actions with team together.

負(fù)責(zé)不合格品的跟進(jìn)處理，與團(tuán)隊(duì)一同分析不合格品的產(chǎn)生原因，制定減少對(duì)策。

5. Develop and participate in advance quality planning activities for New products and Process or Localization

Projects release, including but not limited to product and process FMEA and affect analysis. As well as

Process flow diagrams and control plans.

參與新產(chǎn)品，新工藝的開(kāi)發(fā)以及部品本地化采購(gòu)；負(fù)責(zé)制定質(zhì)量管控計(jì)劃。參與PFMEA的制定

負(fù)責(zé)編制控制計(jì)劃。

6. Participate Line level QRQC. Cooperate with the team for problem solving.

參與線邊級(jí)別的QRQC，和團(tuán)隊(duì)一同協(xié)助解決生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題。

7. Other tasks assigned by QA manager.

其它部門經(jīng)理分配的工作。

任職資格：

1、本科以上學(xué)歷； Bachelor Degree above;

2、理工科背景優(yōu)先Engineering background is preferred.

3、5年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5 years or above related working experience Working knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Capabilities to coach internal team for process improvement activities. Technical background for problem solving and systematic analysis knowledge is preferred.

4、熟悉APQP,FMEA，PPAP等工具；能夠指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商完成相應(yīng)的文件。如有工程技術(shù)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)可協(xié)助質(zhì)量分析則更佳。
